At Jack Daniel’s, the story is the brand. and for more than a hundred years, no other whiskey in the world has been so closely identified with a story—the story of tiny Lynchburg, Tennessee (population 361), equally tiny Jack Daniel (height 5’2”), and a slow, charcoal-mellowing process that makes Jack Daniel’s the unique Tennessee sippin’ whiskey that it is.
So when it came time for Jack Daniel’s to launch the latest take on the Lynchburg legend—to kick off their advertising campaign—act3 was there to design the story. We created a small flash-based film that helped tell the ongoing tale of Jack Daniel’s, and introduced the print advertisements in its new campaign. In other words, the legend of Jack, and his whiskey, lives on.
